[NSP-GWG] Draft GWG Meeting Report

Dear Participants the recent GWG meeting.

Attached you will find version 2 of the draft report of the meeting.  Please provide any comments or change requests by December 3rd COB (i.e. midnight Seattle time).

Please pay particular attention to the discussion of WP 40 as I think it is important to capture the essence of all the discussion we had regarding the paper.  If you disagree about anything attributed to you or if there were interventions you made that are not captured in the report material, please provide edits (directly in the attached version with edit tracking on).  Please don't edit statements attributed to others as most of those have already been reviewed and edited by the sources.  Again, the intent is to accurately capture the discussion that was had, not to relitigate the argument in the report.
