Dear colleagues

Please find attached the invitation to the NSP/2 meeting (30 November - 11 December 2015).

The attached State letter text has been sent for signature by our Secretary General and subsequent translation into the other ICAO languages. I was told that the official mailout should be on October 16.

In the meantime, please use the attached for your planning. Note the paper submission deadlines (26 October for papers containing SARPs requiring translation; 20 November for the rest)
