                Please distribute to all interested parties (including validation sub-group) the attached initial draft of this WP which contains a proposal for changes to Attachment D sections 7.2.3 and 7.2.4 and associated validation. As agreed, this paper will be discussed at the next SSG telecon of Sept 29th. Any comments before the telecon will be appreciated; please forward them to the 3 authors.
