Dear colleagues

This is to inform you that there has been a change of dates for the next meeting of the NSP Joint Working Groups (JWGs/9).

Instead of taking place in the weeks of June 13 - June 24, the meeting is now planned to be in the weeks of June 20 - July 1st (exact days TBD)

The reason of the change is that the Formula 1 Grand Prix du Canada will be held in the weekend of June 18 - 19, during which it will be quite hard to find hotel accommodation. Given that there is an intention to hold the meeting with hybrid (virtual/in-person) arrangements if possible, a change of dates seemed appropriate.

Further details on meeting arrangements will be provided closer to the dates of the meeting.
