We incorporated the input and finalized the proposal as attached.

This proposed draft will be discussed in the GNSS manual call today.

Attached are some proposed inputs for the GNSS manual.  They have been put together by a small ad-hoc group led by Tomonori Tsuruzono.  I am sending it out to the list so everyone has one last opportunity to comment.  Please send all comments to Tomonori by COB July 8th.
