GWG Members,

Please find attached the invitation to the next NSP Joint Working Groups meeting.  The GWG will meet during the first week.  We will have a joint session with the SWG.  Please communicate any constraints you may have regarding such a joint session in order that Felix and I can plan accordingly.   We will attempt to enable virtual attendance for the joint session as we did last time.

Also, if you intend to bring papers, or have inputs of agenda items please let me know by March 15th so I can assemble a draft agenda and we can have a pre-meeting coordination teleconference a few weeks before the meeting.
