However, no real comments other than this section could have been revised: [cid:image001.png at 01D35477.DFC000A0] I don't agree that there are a "number of new ILS's" (in Western Europe anyway) or any MLS at all that are to be installed. Perhaps the second sentence would have been better as "Nevertheless, new and replacement ILSs, along with GBAS systems are to be installed on existing or new sites for the foreseeable future." But it is undeniable that the text you flagged sounds a little dated? The paper was already submitted to the ADOP VAWG. I will check if my colleague is willing to entertain a change.
