Please review and provide comments to me by 1/6/2017. I'm sure Alessandro is anxious to get the report out. There have been only a few minor changes since the last edition posted as a flimsy. Notably, I added some of the missing status reports and added a section in the future work section about the ongoing activities of the IGM adhoc.
