GWG members,

It has been brought to my attention that the list of hotels I provided was very out of date and included some misleading information.  The list was quite old and included some information about Boeing provided transportation.  Unfortunately I just grabbed this hotel list from the facilities website and did not read it closely before sending it.  The transportation discussed in the original list would only apply to training classes.  However, several hotels nearby the meeting location will provide shuttle service to the training facility (25-01 building where the meeting will be held).  In the afternnon Boeing runs shuttles back to any hotel within 5 miles of the training facility.  The return shuttles run from 2:30 to 5:00 PM on demand.

I've attached an updated list of hotels, all of which have shuttle service to/from the airport and to the training facility in the morning.  If you plan to come to the meeting and not rent a car, you will probably need to stay at one of these hotels.

GWG Members,

This is the meeting announcement for the GWG SARPS Package Finalization meeting in Seattle.  The meeting will be at the Flight Operations Engineering (FLOE) facility in Longacres.  (Bldg 25-01 - 1301 SW 16th Street Renton, WA 98055 USA).  We will plan on starting at 9 AM on Monday 8/15 and have the facilities reserved to work through Friday evening.  If we get done early then you might have a little time for some sightseeing.  I have two rooms reserved and more are available so we can break up into working parties as needed during the week.

Attached you will find a map, driving directions and a list of local hotels.  (Please note that the list has apparently not been updated since 2009, so the pricing information may be unreliable).

I need to get visitor badges made up in advance.  So please indicate your intention to attend the meeting ASAP (but NLT 7/22/16) by providing the following information:

*       Company/Organization Represented
*       Country of citizenship
*       Arrival Date
*       Departure Date
