[Nspcsg] FW: Updated SARPS

CSG members,

Attached is an update of the SARPS that includes all accepted changes.  I started with a clear version of the SARPS with all changes through amendment 89 included.  Then I added all the Baseline Development Standard Changes.  Then I went through and added/modified as necessary to capture all the agreed changes in the change package.  (WP 10 from the last meeting.)  Then finally, I added the changes accepted via Flimsy 16/WP 11 from the last meeting.  I believe those were the only changes accepted at the last meeting.

So, this should be the most up to date version possible at this point.  I know Rick Cassell has already found some minor discrepancies and has produced a more up to date version of the validation matrix than is included in this zip file.
