[Nspcsg] Ishigaki CSG tech. tour and reception

Dear Colleagues, 

This is an announcement for the coming CSG meeting in Ishigaki.

- Please let me know as soon as possible, if you will participate 
  in the meeting and you have not sent confirmation to me.

- Please let me know if you will join the technical tour to 
  the GAST-D site (on Wednesday, 18 February) and you have not 
  shown your intention.

- On Wednesday evening after the technical tour, NEC will 
  organize a reception. All of participants are invited.
  Please let me know if you WILL NOT join the reception.
  Please also let me know if you have any food preference.
