Dear Bruce,
I calculated D8PSK symbols independently and got "66 6" for the last
three symbols.
Since the last symbol before "66 6" is "6" and the power ramp-down
bits "000 000 000" results in differential phases of "0 0 0",
the corresponding symbols should be "6 6 6".
