Dear colleagues

Please find attached the invitation to the next meeting.

Also please note the following:


1)      On the first day (September 29), the only group meeting will be the Cat II/III Subgroup (CSG)

2)      Due to new administrative rules recently introduced by the Air Navigation Commission, Working Group of the Whole meetings are no longer allowed. I have therefore opted for a Joint Meeting of WG1 and WG2 (and subgroups). It is a format that we used a few times in the past (the last time in 2008). This is the fifth time, so the meeting will be labelled NSP WG1&2/5. Hope this minor deviation from our usual format is not too confusing. There should be no practical impact.
