[Nspcsg] Mailing list mystery solved

Apparently the list server had a maximum number of allowed addresses set at 10.  Matt had set to the list (which counts as one address) and cc'd a lot of other addresses (more than 10).  It sent those emails to the list administrator (Me) for approval.  Hence, both of Matt's emails were sent to a queue for approval and I didn't see the notice till this morning.  They should have gone out after I approved them (after the phone call this morning).  I also increased the threshold of allowed number of addresses to 50 so that this shouldn't happen again.  Just be aware that you can't send emails with more than 50 recipients to the list or it will end up in an approval queue that will delay delivery.

I think the list server is working fine otherwise.
