[Nspcsg] ICAO CSG - IGM Ad-hoc Team Work Plan

Today we held a telecom to review a draft plan to address the IGM requirement updates needed to close the GAST D requirements.

There was good discussion that drove several changes to the plan.  Attached is an update of the plan based on the changes.

The expectation is that the organizations identified for each task will proceed with their activities. Where multiple organizations are listed the first organization listed is asked to lead or coordinate.

I anticipate that our next call will be Nov. 21st from 10AM-12AM Eastern US time (same start time as last call). The focus on this call will be a presentation identifying the approach to be used in the HI simulation effort.  We can also cover status associated with other activities - the draft ICD/MOPS changes and SC189 call will be prior to our next meeting.
