[Nspcsg] Telecon in 2nd week of July

Dear Tim, and CSG members,

In the meeting this morning, GNSS monitoring drafting group (GMDG) 
under GSSG decided to have a teleconference on 8 July 2014.

It is in the same week as the teleconference of CSG (2nd week of July).
I hope that the CSG teleconference would be on the other days than 
8 July so that I can attend both the teleconferences.

If it is difficult to avoid 8 July, please let me know to 
coordinate with GMDG people.
