[Nspcsg] CSG subgroup meeting in early 2015

CSG Members,

As many of you will recall, we decided at the last meeting that in order to support closing the operational validation in 2Q 2015, that an additional meeting of CSG would be required in Jan or Feb of 2015.  JCAB and ENRI have kindly offered to host that meeting in Japan.  The potential location is Ishigaki, where the GAST D prototype is located.  It may also be possible to have the meeting in Tokyo if CSG members are too concerned about access to Ishigaki island.  There are direct flights from Tokyo to Ishigaki Island.

If anyone has concerns regarding having the CSG meeting in Ishigaki, please let me know ASAP (by Jan 1st at the latest).  I'd like to get this resolved so that our Japanese colleagues can have a full year to plan and arrange the meeting facilities etc.
