<p class="MsoNormal">ICAO is taking steps to deal with the potential disruption to meetings of ICAO bodies that could occur due to COVID-19. One of the steps has been to draft a generic text to be sent to all our panel members/meeting participants warning them
of the uncertainty ahead. Here is the “official” text, slightly modified according to my best judgment. Could you please also

may need to be re-scheduled to a later date. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in"><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-size:10.5pt;color:black">At this time no need for such a re-schedule has been identified. However, to be on the safe side, if you have not made your travel arrangements already, I
would like to suggest that you make those in the most flexible manner possible, eg by avoiding to make non-refundable hotel bookings.</span><span lang="EN-CA"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
