[Iccaiansp] Next NSP Meeting: JWGs13

Dear ICCAIA NSP Advisors,

Attached is the invitation for NSP JWGS13.  Please let me know as soon as possible:

  1.  Do you intend to attend,  and if so will it be in person at ICAO headquarters or virtually.  I need to inform the panel secretary of how will comprise the ICCAIA delegation, especially those who will attend in person so that badges will be available.

  2.  Do you intend to present any papers (IP’s or WP’s)?

i. Is there alignment among ICCAIA on the position/recommendation? (Note any coordination that has been done)

ii. Is the topic a matter affecting ICCAIA policy? (Yes/No) * this is a judgement call. We have very few published policies, but if is suggesting new work at ICAO, a particular view on an issue, or a change in direction it would be considered policy. If the paper is simply technical information to aid an existing piece of work, then not considered a policy matter.

I need these summary templates to be filled out ASAP as the papers need to be vetted by the Strategy Committee.
