[Iccaiansp] Attendance at NSP JWGs12

Dear NSP ICCAIA Advisors,

Please let me know ASAP is you plan to attend the NSP Joint Working Groups Meeting (#12) in Montreal from 5/13 - 5/17 2024.  I need to make sure they are expecting us and have badges prepared etc.

Also, let me know if your are planning to present any working papers or information papers.  There is a process we have to adhere to that involves vetting proposed papers with the ICCAIA Strategy Committee.  Even if the paper is not drafted yet, we need to inform the strategy committee of the intent to submit by providing a title and summary etc.
