Dear colleagues

The attached ICAO State letter explains how to access a new document exchange platform recently developed by ICAO to facilitate access to materials developed by other standards-making organizations (such as EUROCAE, RTCA and SAE International), with particular regard to documents referenced in ICAO publications.

Instructions on how to access the platform are given in the Attachment to the Letter.

Note that until recently the platform had not been populated with the documents referenced in Annex 10, Volume I. Hence my delay in forwarding the information.
