As announced in my email dated 25 March, the planned NSP JWGs/6 meeting (8 - 18 June 2020), originally intended to be held in Dakar, Senegal, has been replaced by virtual meeting arrangements (8 - 19 June 2020). This message contains all the details available now on the meeting arrangements. The information is also posted on the NSP website. Any updates (including Webex details) will also be provided via email and posted on the website.

1.            MEETING RULES

Due to the constraints associated with the virtual format, including substantial reduction of meeting time compared to the usual format, and to the large amount of proposed Annex amendment material that will have to be reviewed, the following rules for the conduct of the meeting have been agreed by the officers of the Panel:


a)      no input papers (WP/IP) will be accepted after the start of the meeting;

b)      the meeting will focus on: 1) GNSS core constellations and DFMC SBAS SARPs amendments; and 2) LDACS/DME compatibility;

c)       other topics may be discussed outside the time slots indicated in the schedule below (subject to WG Rapporteur confirmation), or deferred to November NSP meeting.
