Dear colleagues

Please note the (minor) change of venue for the 13-16 January 2020 GSWG/3 meeting, and inform your advisors planning to attend (this message is only addressed to panel members).

Details are in the attached file.

Contrary to what is stated below, the change of venue might potentially affect attendees' hotel accommodations, at least for the few of us who had booked hotels based on close walking distance.

However, only minor inconvenience should ensue, given that the distance between the original and the new venue is less than one mile.

I will update the NSP website to show the new location but I am unable to modify the original invitation (I am out of the office until the meeting).

I take the opportunity to wish you all a happy New Year!

The GSWG meeting location has been moved to a new Tetra Tech facility location in the Court House area of Arlington, Virginia.  Address information and directions for the facility are attached.  The new location is one metro stop from our Rosslyn location and along the Orange and Silver metro lines, so it should not affect attendees hotel accommodations or other logistics.

I apologize for the late change; however, we believe these facilities will better support the meeting.  I request you pass on this information to the GSWG participates and/or NSP distribution list as soon as practical for their awareness.
