Dear colleagues

Please find attached the invitation to the NSP/4 meeting, planned to take place from 10 to 20 October 2017.

One caveat: the meeting has not been formally approved by the Air Navigation Commission yet. I estimate that the approval will not take place for at least another month.

However, in order to facilitate your travel planning and meeting preparation, I have decided to send out the invitation with this caveat now rather than wait for the formal approval. I think it is very unlikely that the ANC will object to the meeting being held. At most they might ask for it to be reclassified as a JWGs meeting (although I would see no reason for that), but the dates should stay unchanged.

In any case, I will send out a formal invitation as soon as the meeting is formally approved by the ANC.
