Here is the current draft of the SARPS.  I believe I've captured all the changes we agreed to incorporate at the meeting in Bretigny.  The Word revisions feature is on and only those changes made since the meeting are shown as changes.  No changes were made to sections 2 or 3 but they are included here for completeness.
